Ever wondered what your armswing looks like? Want to know what you are doing when you serve?
Our new program will allow you to know! Players learn best when they can SEE what they are doing well and what they need to improve upon. This approach will take player knowledge about their game to a whole new level! This is the approach that collegiate teams use - reviewing video tape to learn about the areas that they need to improve.
This program consists of a one-hour private lesson with CJ Emanuelson, former Division-I college coach. The player will choose whatever skill or skills they want to work on during the session. The session will be videotaped and followed by 30 minutes of player and coach screening the video together so that the player can SEE and learn about their skills and techniques. Coach Emanuelson will help to break down the videotape frame by frame.
Total time: 1 1/2 hours (60 minute lesson, 30 minute video analysis).
