CT Impact Volleyball

NO refunds will be given on program registration.  While we recognize that things "come up", our programs have enrollment limits, so If you need to cancel your program registration for any reason PRIOR to the start of the program, we will give you credit only to use towards another program in the future (credit can NOT be used towards private lessons).  Due to the fact that we staff our programs based on enrollment, if you withdraw from a program for any reason after it begins, we will give you CREDIT in the amount of 50% of the prorated portion of the program that remains.  Credit MAY NOT be used towards private lessons.

Private Lessons: If you need to cancel or reschedule your private lesson, we require that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled lesson time (as a courtesy to our instructors and for the opportunity for someone else to fill your dropped time slot).

If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time, you will be charged for the lesson.  If the lesson being cancelled is part of a package, the lesson will be deducted from the package.
